Have you ever considered volunteering abroad?

Volunteering is an excellent way to find out about other cultures and ways of life. It helps us to gain a better insight into the great needs facing people and can be a wonderful contribution towards the solutions for those needs. It can also be a significant time of learning about oneself. African AIDS Foundation supports a number of organisations in South Africa and Kenya that rely on volunteers for much, if not all, of the activities in which they are involved. The majority of these volunteers are local people who have worked for many years with these organisations. Others are people such as you drawn from all around the world.
